The maximum delivery time for stocked goods will be 2 to 3 working days.

If your product is personalized or not in stock at the time of purchase, you must contact us by email at info@bygoneguitars.com.

Returns and refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 15 days from the date on which you have received the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any costs for this refund.

Return conditions:

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, make sure that:

The products were purchased within the last 15 days

The products are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example, goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has expired.

The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods that, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Merchandise

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning merchandise to us. You must send the merchandise to the address provided to you at the time of your request.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and tracked mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of receipt of the return.

Gifts:

If items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If items were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
